Antiques dealer faces jail for theft from auction clients

The former owner of a Montgomery County auction company who once did appraisals for the “Antiques Roadshow” television program is facing four to eight years in state prison.

Victims say 44-year-old Russell Pritchard of Beach Haven, N.J., took their heirlooms to sell on consignment and never returned them or paid the owners any auction proceeds.
